Cheat: verkeerde motor geleverd door dealer

My story: I bought on the internet a motorbike from a dutch dealer...now it arrived and itīs not the bike in the pictures....why would a dealer do that I have given him 2 days to come up with a solution. Else he can be sure he will be exposed on the internet, and I give over the info to the dutch politie.
I just find it bad to cheat, just because I live in another contry.
What would you do.....

obviously you are furious, but as i dont see any pics of the advertised bike, nor the bike delivered to you..... whe have to make a guess about the facts...

Why seems it hat you think itīs alright to cheat just because I live in another country.
The bike would be 2000€ exp. here.
I donīt hope any biker gest cheated...but ok.

First of all:
In the Netherlands there is a consumer-law that if you buy something from the internet, you can sent the product back within 8 day's of RECIEVING the product...
That law protects consumers for this kind of wrong doing, and the seller has to pay back the money...
this law is never restricted...so even if you got the right product...you can sent it back...
If you dont get your money back, you can sue the seller...and get your money back by a court...

if its not the bike your where asking for and you dont like it just let him take it back...

Can you give us some more information?
Like the brand and type of the motorcycle, to what country was it shipped, how is it "not the same' different colour or completely wrong bike?
Did you have contact with the dealer? What was his answer?
Helemaal into SM ..leren pakje , geur van rubber, strakke ketting...*grijns*
