My first project KAWASAXI ZX-10 'Spider"

HEy All!))

IT's my first project from KAWASAKI Zx-10 ))

Me and my friends start to build Streetfighter..........

We want to change fork, swing, wheels, instal DynoJet stage 3 and make new plastic....if we have enough money in a future, we will instal turbo kit )))

NOw we have got only fork......however through two weeks we must get wheels and swing. (sorry if my english isn't so correctly)

I have added some pictures and my drawing, which was invented by me (it's my design))).

Your drawings are looking good.
Have thought about the place to put/hide all the electrics? (batery, fuses etc)

I'll try to hide batery under tank near air filter , because i want to make tank from fiber glass. My friends from FCM-MOTO (it's company, which build custombikes).....Sometime They make tank from fiber glass and I think , they can help me. I've added them work V-Rod with tank from fiber glass.

However I don't know.....where dashboard will be locate ))))
Now....I must solver all problem with suspension....When we installed fork.....we found, that axis of yoke Zx-10 and Zx-6R different )) On a future week friend 'll try to make new axis of yoke......

On satuday, my friends built table for motorcycle......

I have small question...

Maybe anybody know.....where Can I find kits for KAWASAKI Zx-10 91'???


How can I increase the engine power?? (

(I want to instal DynoJet stage 3 and K&N and new exhaust)

HOwever I think, I can to increase power,if I
increase in motor, but I can't find such KitS......

I don't know where to find the parts you want btw. Is the 91 model very different from the 88-90 models? If not: maybe here

finally someone who's crazy enough to put some effort in the Tomcat...
heres another freak speaking

First: dyno3 will only help a bit in the high rpm's
other exhaust system, is possible, be well aware that most of the aftermarket systems give a gap around 4,5k rpm

what ive done... well, took out the engine,
took another engine (zx10), placed an 1100D kit on top of it, with the 1100 carbs and the 10-filterbox (was a hell of a job)
an aftermarket 1100 exhaust-system, 1100 oil cooler and the 10 radiator.

If you understand a bit dutch, here you can get some info about the bike

91 model is "overjarig" its a 90's model but stood a while in the showroom

the "easiest" way to increase the bhp is to put an 1100 engine in the bike

turbokit would be similair to a 1100 kit

aftermarket footrests, if you dont make them yourself, are compatible with zzr1100 footrests (Gimbel gmbh should have a kit lying somewhere) see the zx10 topic for some pics of my bike

FCM.....They came back from the USA ( they was on a custom show).....and they want to start to build new custombike (maybe i'll make design for that bike ))) I think so )))

Yes....FCM-moto will help me with my first project, because I think, them advice help me....., however all work I will do with my friend (this bike builds for my friend).....
