Finally got my first bike!

I finally got my first bike! It is a 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 and I bought it used at a (what I believe to be) decent price. I am the third owner and the first owner did dump the bike at a low speed so the right side has some scratches.
I have been reading tips about how to ride a sports bike (and I have only ever practiced on cruisers) and my biggest concern is putting too much weight on the handle bars.
I have all my gear, except pants which I will be ordering tonight.
The first two pictures are from my new girl, and the last two are pictures from my SO's garage. He owns a 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650 and an older Honda he recently fixed up.

Congrats, a Ninja 300 seems like a good start, and yes it’s nothing like a cruiser haha
Never owned a sportsbike myself but rode a couple, the seating position is very different, I personally am not a fan, but hey to each his own, right
Also you mention pictures, which I don’t see ?
