I recently replaced my rear brake lines with Core stainless steel lines and now the brakes feel worse than the stock lines, I bleed the lines from the master cylinder and the caliper several times but brakes still seem mushy,not sure if I'm missing a step or doing something wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be there is stil a vapour lock in the part of the brakeline going over the brace of the swingarm. Remove caliper, and hold it up, so air can rice to the caliper, then bleed.
Did you also bleed the ABS unit? There might be some air captured in there.
