The F4 AGO was born with the objective of positioning itself at the highest level of the MV AGUSTA 2003 range. For this reason, the motorcycle is enriched in the chassis department by exclusive accessories aimed at optimizing the dynamic characteristics offered by the new Evolution engine.
The principal modifications are:
1. The new design Marchesini wheels in forged aluminum alloy
2. Single block “Nissin Racing” six piston brake calipers.
3. Front disc brakes (310mm) with aluminum flange (derived from the Serie Oro).
4. Marzocchi 50mm fork embellished by the titanium nitride treatment.
5. Sachs Racing shock absorber with double adjustment for compression. (high and low speed)
The Engine
The F4 AGO is powered by the new EVO3 engine. This unit, other than having an increased power output , has been subjected to modifications that reduce mechanical noise and exhaust emissions.
The AGO version differs also by its external finish, and in particular:
1. Clutch cover painted in MV AGUSTA grey.
2. Sprocket cover painted in MV AGUSTA grey.
3. Phonic wheel cover painted in MV AGUSTA grey.
4. Silencers with titanium shining treatment.
Design and Equipment
The distinguishing features of the F4 AGO are:
1. Graphics of historical inspiration.
• Yellow number plate.
• Historical MV AGUSTA logo on the tank.
• Ago logo.
• Front mudguard, tank protection and single seat with the “tricolore” logo.
2. Grills placed in the fairing outlets.
3. Frame colored in red.
4. Seat in red alcantara with the F4 brand embroidered on the upper cushion.
5. Adjustable footrests obtained by single block.
6. Sparkling titanium painting on:
• Handlebar balancer
• Swingarm support plates
• Single-sided swingarm.
7. Titanium shining treatment for:
• Marchesini wheels
• Steering plates
• Adjustable footrests obtained by single block.
• Saddle support frame
• “Organ pipe” silencers
8. Gold plate on the steering head which indicates the serial number and the owner’s name.
