Against dogs shitting near or against your bike is a simple solution my father used.
Dogs can't stand the smell of chloride. So buy yourself a bottle of chloride at the Kruidvat for 40 cents a liter and spray the location.
The tiles will also turn bright as it cleans them too I guess..
Works here too, but after rain you have to put it on again.
